Welcome Autumn: Mask Or No mask?

Have you been noticing your skin changing as the summer is slowly fading away? I have noticed t there is a craze in social medias about skincare masks, and yet hardly anyone I know seems to be using one at home!

Now the nights are drawing in and we are indoors more it’s an ideal time to make that summer sparkle last a little longer by adding a mask to your routine.

Why a mask?

- Indulge yourself - feel loved - take the time- extra nourishment for your skin so it glows and feels nourished and cared for.
- helps your skin to adapt to seasonal / weather changes.
- can helps you out with specific issues such as acne, rashes, and sensitivity.
- most importantly gives you extra time in the bath!
Choose a specific night each week, say Thursday, to beautify your skin with a bath and mask, make it a rythmic ritual.
