The season is changing and so is our skin.
As the light returns and the days lengthen, the metabolism of the skin begins to increase and the needs of the skin may change.
It is a good time to drink more water ( if you having warm then you can add a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of rosemary) to help the body easing into the new season.
Spend more time in Nature, the lighter evenings might call you to get out of the house and engage with the life force that is around. Now is the time to begin, and step into your wilderness.
